SACHIN SABHARWALManaging Director
Mr Sabharwal has completed a Bachelor of Business in Management and Finance from University of Technology, Sydney. He has attained Australian accredited diplomas & certificates for hospitality training in food & beverage. Sachin has all-embracing knowledge of the hospitality industry through both theoretical and practical experiences.
Sachin has worked in a global accounting firm (Ernst & Young) and investment bank (JPMorgan Chase) providing corporate investment & advisory services for the retail sector in Australia. His work has included business feasibility, financial modelling and performance improvement strategies.
Mr. Sabharwal currently owns numerous cafés in Sydney, Australia and is the Director of Indian operations for Australia’s fastest growing coffee company, Di Bella Coffee.
RAHUL LEEKHAGeneral Manager
Mr Leekha has completed a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science from University of Mumbai.
Rahul has vast consulting experience having serviced Indian and multi-national clients & conglomerates across sectors such as hospitality, retail, real estate, F&B and consumer products. His level of work has included a range of senior positions in corporate strategy, operations and human resource advisory. Rahul’s past managerial experiences ensure he has a good sense of what is happening in the organization, what makes the organization tick and what needs to be done and when.
Today, Mr Leekha heads up Indian operations for Australia’s most awarded coffee company, Di Bella Coffee.
ARTHUR HOFFMANTraining & Development
Mr Hoffman has received his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from University of Newcastle and has many years experience in top-tier accounting & professional services firms.
After a few of years mastering the art of the Barista he went on to study a Diploma in Hospitality Management in Sydney, Australia. Arthur has intensively and obsessively dedicated his working life to the “coffee bean” – from its origin to the end user.
Mr. Hoffman brings to Di Bella Coffee, a wealth of hospitality knowledge as well as highly developed public relations and human resource managementskills.
